If your enquiry is regarding an order placed containing 'pre-order' items:
Please note that once an order is received for a 'pre-order' item, those items will be reserved from our incoming stock. We usually expect to receive new stock within a few weeks or less, however this may change depending on circumstances beyond our control. If there is a longer than anticipated delay on any items, we will endeavour to let you know immediately. Please note that we will only fulfil orders once all items (including any pre-order items) are available.
